This musical book uses a playful story to introduce children to different musical instruments. Each one is presented through a short musical excerpt before they all come together to play the final piece. Children are introduced here to classical music and discover 9 musical instruments and 9 essential pieces of classical music composed by Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi, Fauré, Bizet and Bach.

The author, Christelle Saquet, is a teacher and a musician. She worked with Pascal Brun as artistic director for these titles. He is director of the music conservatoire in Villiers-le-Bel, near Paris.
