A word about the author: Pierre Bottero was born in 1964. For many years, he worked as a primary school teacher. A great lover of fantasy literature, convinced of the power of Imagination and of Words, he always dreamed of different worlds, dragons and magic. He is the author of several best-selling series and won over more than two million readers. Pierre left us one evening in November 2009. He leaves us the keys to his doors and to his worlds.
