Content : This book offers all the practical and visual vocabulary to make the first steps into the wonderful world of watercolour. A second technical part will allow them to understand the gesture, the colors, the wet technique, the wash, the reserve of whites, etc. All these techniques are explained step by step.
Laura shows watercolourists that, if there are particular processes to obtain this or that effect, everyone has their own way of putting them into application according to their sensitivity and experience.
Based on this idea, the last part offers projects to apply the techniques beginners have just learnt. They can practice painting the sky, the sea, a winter landscape, create a depth effect, etc.
