Food Editions

Created in 2012, PB consulting SAS was first a packager, working for other publishing houses. They realized books from A to Z, mainly in the fields of gastronomy and tourism (a little). Then, they decided to publish their own books under the name "Food Editions" (= fou d'éditions = crazy about publishing).
Despite its name, the publishing house does not publish books about cooking, but has a series about French gastronomy, with different approaches: historical, economic and human.
With time, the publishing house developed its catalogue with other genres, and especially with comic strip books.
Food Editions is a small publishing house, publishing 6 books a year. They stay close to their readers and listen to them to allways find new and appealing projects.
