About the author: A nursery school teacher with a passion for children's literature, Sophie Moronval decided in 2021 to become a children's author herself, writing her own stories.

About the illustrator: Cécile Bonbon lives and works in the South of France. After studying at the Beaux-Arts, she has been an illustrator for over 18 years, sowing her illustrations, crafts and little fabric characters in the press and children's publishing in France and Spain. Her first “all-textile” project, Le machin, published in 2006 by Didier jeunesse, brought her to the attention of a wide audience.
