Hercules, Detective Cat : A Thief on the Rooftops

Content : Mrs Bodin, a neighbour of the twins, has been burgled. The thief left no trace and did not break in. Logicielle and Max have no leads whatsoever. Hercule conducts his own investigation. He notices that a cat flap leading to a terrace has been dismantled and deduces that the thief entered via the roof. But how did he manage to get into the flat?
