Content : Ayu means Life, Veda means Science or Knowledge. So Ayurveda could be translated as “Science of Life”.
Ayurveda is a complete way of life. It takes into account all the different aspects of human beings as well as the relationship they have with their environment and with Nature in general.

Cécile Bollengier-Lusinchi and her husband Marc Lusinchi owns a care and spa centre in the South of France. These ingredients are recommended in the ayurvedic method to stimulate digestion. The food we eat must contain 6 tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent (spicy), bitter, astringent.
