Content : Greece is a vast country made up of thousands of islands dotting the Mediterranean Sea. According to mythology, it was Poseidon - God of the Sea – who created these 250 or so pearls in the southern Aegean Sea, only with a stroke of his trident. Only 24 of these islands are inhabited.
Eight years after setting foot in the Cyclades, Agnès Goyet tracked down the white houses, cobbled lanes, blue-domed churches and windmills clinging to the hills... and decided to return regularly to these lands that seem so familiar to her. She feels at home on these heavenly bits of land. Like nowhere else.
