Editor, critic, author, Marie Moinard began her career investigating current affairs for the private sector in the 1980s, then chose less funeral activities and took a break. A few years later, she resumed her work, specializing in writing articles and interviewing comic book authors. In 2004, she created the publishing house Des Ronds dans l'O while continuing to write. She produced numerous articles and interviews and, after having participated in the editorial team of Sceneario.com, she joined the teams of the magazines [dBD] and BDNews.
Isaly was born in Brittany. As a child, she preferred to scribble the pages of her notebooks rather than copy her lessons. After first grade, she told her parents that she would not go to school anymore because she could read and write and would like to draw full time. She was told that it was not possible! She went back to school and passed an A-level in Applied Arts. Then, she decided to continue her studies by doing an Art school. She graduated from the Emile Cohl school in 2010.
