Issekinicho

Founded in 2013 by Alexandre Bonnefoy and Delphine Vaufrey, Issekinicho publishes books on Japan and Japanese culture (travel guides, photo books, comic strips, tales, etc.) for both children and adults.
By collaborating with authors who live in Japan and know the culture from the inside, they bring a personal and lively point of view, as well as a different perspective on contemporary Japanese culture.
From graphic design to the choice of typography and paper, every element is carefully chosen to contribute to the quality and richness of the books they choose to publish.
